The seminar witnessed a strong turnout from compliance and governance officers across various economic sectors. The discussions focused on the most significant violations companies may face under the regulations of the Capital Markets Authority, along with effective solutions to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.

This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance financial and regulatory awareness, empowering businesses to adopt best practices that ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and improve institutional performance efficiency.

In this context, Walid Mohamed Ali, Training Consultant at Human Investment Company and an ICF-certified coach, emphasized that such events provide a golden opportunity to improve the performance of departments responsible for transparency and integrity. He highlighted that skill development strengthens employees' ability to meet the requirements of the Capital Markets Authority, thereby reducing the risk of violations. He further stressed that continuous training and participation in specialized lectures and seminars are essential for mitigating risks and achieving the strategic objectives of companies, institutions, and regulatory bodies alike.

For his part, Amr Ghait, an International Audit and Accounting Consultant, pointed out that capital markets reflect the economic conditions of a country.
